My very first recording - I'm not great at speaking, I'm certainly not a prefoessional - this is meant for real women who what real advice, nothing fancy, I'm not cutting & editing (there's more important things to be focusing on right now), real info and advice to get strategies in place to help you get weight loss results, to feel fitter and healthier and navigate this menopause thing with a little diginity.
